While it is best to practice with a certified yoga instructor with experience working with pregnant women, traveling to classes may not always be possible or desirable. This chart, created by an excellent instructor of prenatal yoga specifically for her students, is a safe, easy way to gain the benefits of yoga without the trouble of venturing out to a class.
The front of the chart has a complete series of 19 postures that can take as little as half an hour to accomplish. On the chart there is also advice on how to mix and match the postures for those days when a shorter practice is all that is possible.  The back of the chart has easy to follow, detailed instructions on exactly how to safely accomplish the poses.
Jean Campbell, who developed this program, is a teacher of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow yoga. She developed her special interest in prenatal Yoga during her pregnancy in 2000-2001.
